Loan Mobile Notary Public Services
As Certified Florida Notary Public Agents, we assist lenders, title & escrow companies, attorneys, and national notary associations in the final stage of loan closings. Notary Mobile Connection prints and delivers the documents to the borrower and/or seller and assist them in the proper execution of each document. We notarize where needed and triple check the documents before returning them to the lender. We prefer 48 hour notice prior to closing however; we will accept last minute assignments. After a thorough review of the documents, we immediately deliver them to the shipper designated by the lender’s prearranged instructions. 

Florida Mobile Notary Public Fees
All Mobile Notary fees are based on the Florida statutory code governing notary fees. Florida law permits notaries to charge up to $10.00 per notarial act and up to $30.00 for solemnizing a marriage. Notary Mobile Connection Printing and travel charges are additional and are calculated for each individual appointment.
